Help your customer.
Keep their data in scope.
An agent needs help answering a customer. Governora checks which customer records the agent may use and blocks requests outside that scope.
AI GOVERNANCE. BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS.
Bring AI into the work that matters.
Governora is the control layer that helps your teams use AI with company data and tools. Apply your rules, keep access in scope and understand the decisions behind each managed action.
WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Helping a customer. Finding a company policy. Controlling an automated action. See how Governora could fit into the work your teams already do.
An agent needs help answering a customer. Governora checks which customer records the agent may use and blocks requests outside that scope.
An employee asks about a policy or project. Governora selects current evidence the employee is permitted to see and reuses it when sufficient.
An AI application wants to call a tool. Governora checks its declared operation and authorization, then records whether the action ran or was blocked.
WHY GOVERNORA
As AI connects to company data and tools, written guidelines alone cannot control every request. Governora brings the checks into the workflow itself.
Check which data, tools and actions a person or AI application is permitted to use before a managed request goes ahead.
Explore access controlsReuse current, authorized evidence and send only the remaining work to an eligible model. Measure usage to understand the effect.
Understand potential savingsConnect each managed execution to its identity, decisions, evidence and external calls. Give your team a record it can inspect.
See the execution recordFROM REQUEST TO RESULT
Your application sends a managed AI request through Governora. It checks the rules before data, tools or a model are used, then keeps the outcome connected to those checks.
Identify who is asking, what they need and which company rules apply.
Select permitted evidence and tools. Stop unauthorized actions before they run.
See the decisions, sources, actions and model usage behind the result.
These controls apply to workflows connected through Governora’s managed execution mode. A companion integration in a third-party AI host provides advice, but does not control that host’s entire execution.
Compare an approved request, a blocked action and an answer that can reuse existing evidence.

SECURITY BY EXPLICIT BOUNDARIES
Governora is designed to separate identity, permissions and credentials. Your rules determine the permitted route before an external call is made.
Review the security modelEvaluate the architecture and deployment controls against your own security requirements.
Previously stored knowledge does not grant access someone no longer has.
Managed requests use authorization references, keeping downstream tokens out of prompts and returned audit records.
Blocking decisions, invalid permissions and unexpected tool schemas prevent the external call.
The execution record connects the applied rules, evidence, calls and outcome.

Select the smallest authorized evidence packet.
Permit only declared capabilities and routes.
Connect usage, decisions and avoidance.
No tool or model call when the authorized evidence is sufficient.
Call approved tools and a model only for what remains unresolved.
Governora resolves the actor, workspace, active decisions and permitted capabilities before execution. The plan cannot silently change halfway through the work.
plan_0142Classify evidence as answer-ready, partial, stale or missing and send only the smallest authorized packet.
A tool call proceeds only when its versioned schema, operation, risk, workspace enablement and delegated authorization all agree.
The receipt connects decisions, evidence, tool and provider calls, usage, outcome and clearly separated estimates.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Governora is a control layer for enterprise AI. It sits between connected AI applications and the data, tools and models they use. For managed requests, it checks what is allowed before execution and keeps a record of what happened.
Governora supports OpenAI Responses and Anthropic Messages interfaces as well as its managed execution API. The right integration depends on your application. Full execution controls require the workflow to run through Governora’s managed mode.
No. Governora helps you enforce configured decisions and retain execution evidence. Your organization still needs to define its policies, assess its obligations, configure controls and review how they work in practice.
It can avoid repeated retrieval and unnecessary model calls by reusing current, authorized evidence. The actual impact depends on the workflow. Use a baseline and production measurements to establish your savings; the published scenarios are planning estimates.
The MCP companion can search permitted knowledge, prepare tasks against decisions and record outcomes. In a third-party AI host it is advisory: Governora does not control the host’s entire tool and model loop.
The pilot includes the managed execution contract, authorization checks, tool registry and controlled provider routing. Automatic remote-tool planning and complete outcome verification are still being developed. We agree the supported scope before starting your pilot.
