RULES WHILE AI RUNS
Apply authority while AI work runs.
Written policy is not enough when applications can retrieve data, call tools and route models in seconds. Governora resolves authority and evidence into an immutable plan before a managed execution reaches an external boundary.
Runtime AI governance is the deterministic control of identity, decisions, capabilities, evidence and routes throughout an AI execution—not only a safety check around the final model call.
Resolve authority before action
Governora combines the actor, organization, workspace, risk and exact active decision versions before tools or providers are permitted.
Plan before spending
The evidence planner distinguishes what is already known from what must be retrieved or reasoned about. Blocking authority or unavailable mandatory evidence stops the execution early.
Control every external boundary
Capabilities, policy and delegated authorization must agree for a tool call. Provider routes must be active, eligible and sufficient for the residual task.
Keep immutable execution proof
State transitions, decision bindings, evidence selection and route receipts remain attached to the execution for review.
HOW IT WORKS
Four clear steps.
Each step stays connected to the same execution. This makes authority, external work and the final outcome explainable.
- 01
Resolve
Establish actor, tenant, decisions and permitted capabilities.
- 02
Plan
Classify evidence and external work before execution.
- 03
Control
Permit, approve or block tool and provider boundaries.
- 04
Record
Keep the exact plan, route and outcome together.
QUESTIONS
Simple questions. Direct answers.
What Governora does, what it does not do, and where it fits.
Is this only for high-risk AI?
No. Simple requests can use light checks. Sensitive requests can use stricter checks or human review.
Can every rule be automatic?
No. Structured rules and repository controls can be deterministic. Other decisions may require explicit approval or evidence; complete approval resumption is still part of the production pilot work.
Do we still need monitoring?
Yes. Runtime checks add control, but monitoring and regular reviews are still needed.
